Kathmandu: Finovative Group Pvt. Ltd., Head Office in Gwarko, Lalitpur operated by young CAs and skilled professionals from various fields, has successfully concluded its First Annual General Meeting. During the meeting, company’s Chairman, Santaman Maharjan, stated that the company is moving forward by prioritizing corporate governance, responsible investment, and long-term value creation.
He further stated that, in addition to the Board of Directors, the company has established a management committee and an investment committee to support its operations and investment activities. The company has projected plans to expand its capital and increase it to NPR 30 Crore within the next three years. Currently, the company has an issued capital of NPR 10 Crore and paid-up capital of NPR 4 Crore 16 Lakh.
During the program, company Director Janak Tiwari presented reports on the company's financial position, progress, and future plans. Likewise, a proposal was passed allowing additional investment at a rate of NPR 105 per share, including NPR 5 premium per share, effective from 1st Kartik 2083. The company has also approved a proposal to obtain a license as a Qualified Institutional Investor(QII).
The company has adopted a strategy of diversifying its portfolio by assessing risks and returns across the capital market, service-oriented sectors, and productive sectors. The chief guest of the program, Arjun Kumar Shrestha, Chairman of Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited, stated that Finovative Group had succeeded in establishing a systematic and transparent foundation within a short period of time.
