Guests will embark on a regional gastronomy tour from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south, exploring local specialties across iconic destinations including Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Kagawa, Hiroshima, Hakata, Fukuoka, Oita, and Nagasaki.

Beyond traditional dining, "The Essence of Japan" offers a narrative-driven experience connecting cuisine with living culture. Interactive menu highlights include a Hand-Roll Sushi Station, fresh sashimi paired with premium imported sake, crafted highballs, and traditional matcha desserts.

Having called Kathmandu home for three years, Chef Kyohei brings a genuinely authentic Japanese dining experience to Edamame, pairing ingredients sourced directly from Japan with the country’s distinct regional geography.
