Kathmandu, August 18: Ncell has revised the pulse rate for its international outgoing calls to 198 countries, effective today, Tuesday, August 18. The company has implemented a new 60-second pulse rate in accordance with the approval granted by the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA), on August 7, 2026.NTA approved the new pulse rate for Ncell in accordance with its decision under Section 42 of the Telecommunications Act, 2053.
As per the NTA’s approval, the new pulse rate is now applicable to destinations including Australia, Bahrain, Canada, the United States, China, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Libya, among others.
