Dashain Home Coming Carnival Brings East Nepal’s Spirit to Ramada by Wyndham Itahari

Kathmandu, Nepal – 30th September, 2026 - Ramada by Wyndham Itahari is set to host the Dashain Home Coming Carnival, a five-day celebration honouring the people, culture, flavours, talent, and locally made products of East Nepal. Presented in association with Drishya See the Unseen, the carnival runs from October 6 to October 10 at Aria Lawn, with its main highlight on the closing day, an exclusive meet and greet with Saigrace.

Designed around the joy of returning home during Dashain, the carnival brings families together to reconnect, celebrate local culture, and experience the vibrancy of East Nepal. Each evening, from 5 PM to 9 PM, features live performances from artists rooted in the region, multiple live food stations showcasing local flavours, fun activities, face painting, and a live cash bar, creating an atmosphere that blends festivity with a true sense of homecoming.

The celebration opens on October 6 with a live performance by Paradise Nepal, followed by Hamro Awaz on October 7, Royce Tamang on October 8, and Prawin Rai on October 9. Entry for these four evenings is priced at NPR 1600 per person, with artist performances beginning at 6 PM and live food stations opening from 7 PM onwards.

The carnival culminates on October 10, Saturday, with the meet and greet with Saigrace, alongside performances by Pokhrel, Nilo Dhago, Bansuri, and Aastha Baraily. This closing evening, presented under Regalia and Imperia, promises an unforgettable finale to the five-day celebration, with entry priced at NPR 1,999. Live food stations open at 8:30 PM for the final day.
