June 03, 2026: Nepal’s growing presence in international cricket will receive further recognition at Lanka Premier League Season 6, with three Nepali players selected across franchises for the 2026 edition of the tournament.All-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee has been named as the Associate Star for SC Jaffna Kings, adding dynamic batting, useful bowling and strong fielding value to one of the league’s most followed franchises. His selection reflects the increasing impact of Nepal’s cricketers on the wider franchise cricket landscape.

SC Jaffna Kings have also secured Nepal leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane, one of the country’s most recognised international cricket names.
